Michelob Ultra wanted to challenge their health-conscious customers to walk the course while playing a round. We built a Facebook game driven by an ad campaign to encourage users to share with friends.
My Role: Art director, UX and Visual Designer
With the banner ads driving users to the Facebook app, users could invite their friends to play a round of golf. Once they agreed to meet up, they could use the Facebook app on their mobile device to check in to the course. From there they could log the number of holes they walked. Over time, they would unlock badges depending on the number of holes walked, and keep track of their progress against their friends on the leaderboard.

Results
Michelob Ultra saw a significant increase in their Facebook traffic, achieving their goal of getting new followers and more likes to increase engagement. Before the campaign ended, we had sever hundred users in the app and sever thousand rounds of golf walked!
